Express Staging is intended for properties that have up to date, newer furniture, art and accessories. It is suitable for houses that require no maintenance work, re-decorating or major updates. Express staging uses only what you already own and will make an incredible difference for your MLS photographs. We will present your home in the best light possible using just your furniture, art, lamps and your accessories. We may also recommend that you purchase some bedding and towels which you can take with you when you move to your new abode.
Start to finish, Express Staging requires 2 Home Stagers working for 4 hours at record speed for a flat fee.
We will tackle the main living areas first and then work our way into the bedrooms and bathrooms. We will strategically edit the space, paying keen attention to flow, balance and scale while enhancing the best architectural features of the home. We will re-arrange your furniture, rehang art, accessorize, improve flow and create an inviting, ambient space to attract the most amount of buyers.
